I wasn't happy with the way my ZX6 was tipping into corners. Went to my local bike shop and spoke to a few of the fellows there. One suggested I changed to a 65 profile front, another said to drop the forks through a bit, and the mechanic who also happens to race suggested I put some spacers in my rear shock.
I stuck 2 in, and raised the back about 4 or 5mm. Went for a ride on the weekend and the bike feels %300 better! The front's not quite as stable as it used to be, but the bike holds much better lines now.
All I need is a new front tyre and some decent warm weather to give it a proper test.
I'd recommend this upgrade to anyone. And if anyone's interested, I can do a report and stick it up with the next update. (Which I'm still working on. Been a bit busy.)

I've been thinking about doing this to mine.
Are the spacers a specific part, or are you just using some washers?

If you have no fear, you're not going fast enough.

Yep, just a couple of washers which have been cut into a "C" shape. This allows them to slide over the shock mount, rather than having to lift the bike off of the shock.
4 days off next week, so I'll add it to the update then.

120/70 012's. Alwyas had the 70 series on. You sure it's supposed to be a 65?mfzx6r wrote:Jas
