tyre scalloping?
tyre scalloping?
Just got my ninja back from the mechanic & was told that my front bridgie is scalloped?is this from incorrect tyre pressure or the way u ride?looked ok to me but he should know,any tips????

All my front tyre's have done it in the later stages of there wear.
They seem to sill grip the same till I change them so dont panic

Tyres all scallop. Some more than others, but they all do it. It is a reaction of the rubber moving and pushing to the rear of the tread block, thus slightly raising it and making it wear quicker than the remainder of the tyre surface. Quite normal. Carry on!
