Front Stands (price check)
Hi guys,
Just wondering if $120 is a reasonable price to pay for a front stand?
It's a painted job, not a chromey..
Thanks!

re: Front Stands (price check)
sounds pretty good for me... I paid $140 for 2 Stands at an Auction... Shark ones in black..
Mario's making me up the fitting the same as his, so 1 will be a front stand.

re: Front Stands (price check)
Jase,
in the 4 sale section i posted a thread about front stands. A worker that does metal work for the company i work for said he'll weld me up one for $90.
Its universal so it doesnt need the pin to fit under the head stem bearing.
if your interested let me know. I want 1 but havent had time to call him.
unless we have a person on the forum (who has time) that are good at welding and wanna make a couple of front stands for me and you and whoever else wants one.

Mario, are you up for that.
would you like to be the ksrc stand man.
i'll be interested and i'm sure others will be as well.
i'll supply the first batch of piping if you like and help you design a prototype.

Shame someone here doesn't work at an exhaust place..
Cause you could churn them out if you had access to the pipe bending machine..

Dan is correct in saying you need a pipe bender
to make a 'cool' front stand..like the pro's use....
I did mine the hard way...using an oxy to heat the pipe as I bent it...
