Re: Insurance time..
I'll have to check the Rex and the Katey. I'm still with Shannons but that sounds pretty sharp.
It's really all about standing around drinking Dave's beer.

It seems real insurance redirect to Famous for their bike insurance.z900/zx9 wrote:Swann used to insure the H2 was around $1100.00 per year but then they suddenly increased it to 2,500.00 a yearSmitty wrote:have the barge with SWANN

plus an agreed amount of $8000 for a write offso screw them shannons now have it $1100.00 a year agreed value $27000.00. I have the zx9 with real insurance $300.00 a year for agreed value $6,000.
That's who I'm with. Looks like I will stick with them..

Re: Insurance time..
Just beware with Real Insurance (admittedly over 6 years ago) I made a claim and because it was over their threshold ($7,000) I had to wait 6 weeks for the money. It wasn't a problem for me at the time as my bike was not my primary mode of transport and I had the cash to buy another bike in any case.
Found some other insurance companies had similar policies.
