I've been getting some pattern parts from http://www.wemoto.com.au/ who seem to have a good range of routine wear items. They won't have a master cylinder but are likely to have a front kit.
What they don't have in stock usually comes within a week or two from their mothership in the UK. At the checkout you can see what is in stock and what isn't so you can rearrange you order if necessary.

Going by factory part numbers (as found in places like http://www.cmsnl.com/kawasaki-zx750a2-1 ... ml#results) it seems possible to buy an original piston assembly. Even a bare master cylinder can be found , for a price.
Aftermarket rear kits for a ZX750A2 might be trickier. Some of the ads on eBay can be a bit confusing, like this one for a rear kit for a "1982 GPZ 750 R1": http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/Brake-Master ... SwagdXR3Wl
Then there is this used assembly in the US, which may need kitting anyway: http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/1983-Kawasak ... SwJ7RYSDzJ
