Just wondering if anyone else's 14 runs hot? Mine seems to no matter what time of year

what do you call hot?
in traffic, 90-105 is normal.
as long as when it hits 104 the fan kicks in and drops it down to 90s.
around 75-85 is normal when in fresh air
