With the exception of the plug, reg recs are pretty generic as long as you buy a three phase (3 yellow wires) as opposed to single phase. (most bikes aren't single- z440 only bike I have owned with single.) So as long as you get one with reasonable current capacity, you should be able to make it work.
2 X ZRX1200R 4 X ER6N, GT550, 1988 ZX-10, 4 X GPZ250R, 4 X GPZ900R and GPZ750R
Yeah I like Kawasakis.

I'll check at the wreckers and see if they can sort me out.
What's the best way to check current capacity?

Hope you got it sorted, have had two die on my Gumby in the last 18 months, rewound both times under extended warranty, hope this one lasts a little longer.
A more permanent solution would be good to know if someone has a good idea

All sorted peeps.
Went to Metro moto spares this arvo and found one on a zx14 cost $125.
Hooked it up when I got home and now charging at battery 14.2V
very happy.
But now have a second hand stator I don't need
