So I'm looking for cheap flights from Adelaide to Melbourne or Sydney. As i was looking at various sites I came across a us site which has identical flights at a cheaper price! Obviously there is less taxes or something of the sort?

So my question is, would it be ok to buy tickets on an overseas site for domestic Australian flights?

The price difference isn't huge, about $50 after the exchange rate but $50 isn't loose change either!

At current retail exchange rates it will convert to about $410 as you won't get much better than about 0.91 on your credit card if the wholesale rate is around 93 to 94 so it's going to be about $25 cheaper. It should be secure enough though
