I'm not sticking an enormous white rectangle off the side of my black bike. Been pulled over twice and been fined for other things, but not that. It's a wonder they don't want number plates stuck to the side of the petrol tank....

Ian,

I use the screw that came with the bike that holds on the chain guard.

Everyone (well nearly) over here does it this way.

Ian, it IS winter.... besides, the label is 3 months old. The new one is sitting on my desk.

Bobbi, I've often wondered why people go to all the trouble to hack up their rear mu guard, and then dangle a rego label off the bottom of their plate??? At least mine is out of the way and not flapping around in the breeze ruining the appearance of the bike.

Heck, next you guys will have number plates on the front of your bikes aswell!!

hack off..???
nothing to hack off.....
the GPx750r has one of the nicest rear ends......there is no long guard
or mudflap hanging down.....
so it is a very good spot to put the plate....and the reg label.......
don't know about you blokes......

It's only because the number plate is bolted on dead center at the bottom.. So you use that bolt for the rego sticker... the ZX6 is the same..
