Hey folks,

I'm new to the site but not new to bikes.
Currently i have a motarded xr400, and used to own a 2001 ZX-12r up until about 6 months ago when i managed to put a valve stem through the number 3 piston.
And with 120,000 ks on the clock it wasn't really economical to fix the old girl, but i sure do miss her though
So after a few months of too much working and saving, on wednesday i'll be taking home a brand new 2012 ZX-10r :D
Going to run it in, but not like i stole it, and not babying it either.
Any opinions more than welcome.

one extreme to the other, i went from a 2007 zx10 (bought new) to a 2003 zx12r that had 6000k on it, the 10 was a weapon for sure!!! loved every minit of it, but i think it aged me 10 years in 5!!! stepping onto the 12 was something else again, if felt as though my legs were out stretched, and my feet were on the road and my hands up in the air like she had ape hangers!!! But i have to say, much much more comfortable to ride than the 10, or is it just that im getting old!!!!

Instead of using the quick reply box,
Click in the post reply button, then on that page there is an add file button, I think, select your pic in the Mac and it will upload

Hi mate and welcome to KSRC. You'll have a ball here. You'll get out exactly what you put in. Just watch out from the NSW crew. They can corrupt nice blokes like us

Nice ride, I'm jealous. Green is a good colour for that bike. Give yourself a Jim Beam.
