Basic Mods would include:
1. Fixing the front brakes is a priority. Depends on how much you want to spend. Minimum fix is steel braided lines up front. Other options can be zx14/zx6 nissin calipers, brembo master cylinder , etc.
2. Next would consider a gear indicator.
3. Set of good trackday tyres and tyre warmers
4. Puig racing screen

Can you count to 6? Dont worry about a gear indicator
Get ya suspension done! Straight after ya brakes.
Then just ride the wheels off it!

Cheap Chinese double bubble screen will set you back about $30 and are really good
Rear sets definitely. Try Kaneg Pete will sort you out
Try CBR calipers with spacers they are a heap cheaper. don't waste your money on a Bremo MC. The stocker felt better on mine I thought. I had a Bremo and got rid of it just stuck with the ZX 6 calipers
Hunt around for suspension too.

Genie - best thing you can do is get the suspension fixed to suit your weight, sort out some good calipers and braided lines and ride the ring out of it. I am not sure that rear-sets are going to help you at all, they normally place your feet further back and higher up which could mean a more cramped riding position, not less cramped. In any case, unless you are wearing through your footpegs and knocking the gearlever on the deck on every l/hander, they are not really needed.

As the guys have said..
Front down to a 16, they are geared high anyway,
Get the bouncy bits sorted, got to be someone near where u live that knows what there doing.
Sort the spongy brakes sorted out... and yer nissins, cause they dont fade like the toks... and no im not getting into this

Get rid of the side stand, it drags everywhere, and takes a couple of KGs off
Rearsets if lean a bit, stock pegs drag everywhere again, gumbys dont have a lot of ground clearence.
Im 6ft3 myself and find the cockpit a tad small, but i fitted fully adjustable rearsets and run them all the way back and one hole down, and they still touch at turn 1 at broady. thats about all i can think of at the moment.

Re: 06 2x10 track bike upgrades
The best mod I've found is to have the seat scalloped out, meaning you sit lower. I had an upholstery shop replace the OEM foam with something about 1cm thick, then recover it. Absolutely transformed the feel of the bike - it felt like sitting in my old ZXR, rather than on top of it.
I'm also about 6'3", and for track use it makes no difference to comfort (I reckon if you've got time at the track to think about being cramped, you're not trying hard enough !).
Cheers,
Brian

I did mine as well, took a bit out and flater at the rear, i found that u were allways sliding forward, they had a fair slope forward, and that fixed it.

Having helped a mate with his in the UK I'd suggest a quick throttle; he found his wrist ached less for not having to twist the extra degree to get full throttle.
Not sure if it'll work on the 10R but I have a 2004 R1 throttle tube on my ZXR; 0 to full throttle is about a 1/4 turn or so!
