How much air pressure schould I have in my shock absorbers and fork?

not much in the forks - 5-8psi max. Adjust to suit your weight, riding style and road surfaces.
rear shock - I think the max pressure was 40psi ?? would have to check the manual......

Presuming your talking about the GPZ1100?
Forks useable range = 5.7 - 8.5psi
Rear....the recommended air pressure = 28psi "one rider no accessories.

Don't knock my turbo lag - it gives your naturally aspirated a chance..
