1999, front pads and foot peg rubbers

I want to replace the front brake pads. They have plenty of meat left but when I push it into the garage I can hear them scrapping a little but when I'm riding I can hear a definite scrapping kinda noise when braking. I have cleaned all of the pistons just the other week and the pads have been on since I bought it 9 months a go.
So what do you guys recommend I replace them with and a good place to get them?

I also want to replace both peg rubbers as the left is quite worn and torn. Where can I get them? the dealer I rang here in Perth only had one.
