Hey guys,
My Gumby needs replacement rearsets (the Creek claimed the LHS as a sacrifice) so I was wondering what you guys recommend - I've seen a lot of guys with Sato and Vortex, any opinions?
Alternatively, if anyone has a set of stockies lying around that they don't want, let me know what you want for them (I'm in West Sydney).
Cheers and Happy New Year!

I have and love Vortex. Heaps of adjustment and they make me look fast.
I love my new ZX10. It scares the shit out of me.

Thanks fellas - just ordered a set of Vortex from the states. Hoping they arrive by the 21st for a Northern Circuit run!

I use valter motto, fully adjustable ones, their one of the lightest on the market, and any part u break u can buy, so no need to ever replace the set

Re: Rearsets for a Gumby
After a few false starts (and some difficulty in finding any in stock) I've finally got a set of Sato's on their way. Despite my limited technical knowledge I was thinking I might have a crack at fitting them myself. I'm sure some of you guys would have done this before, is it relatively straightforward? Will I need any tools other than the basics?

Very straightforward. All you will need from memory are a couple of 10mm spanners and Allen keys, depending on whether you keep the rear brake light switch or not.Disgrote wrote:After a few false starts (and some difficulty in finding any in stock) I've finally got a set of Sato's on their way.
