Hi. We have no records on you.
This means you are using a private torrent tracker or, of course, you may not be a torrent user at all! It happens. Please, entertain yourself. Feel free to see what other people have downloaded. The search box is on the top. If you have any friends who use torrents, use it to scare them off. We also have a widget that you can install in your website, blog or Facebook page. Or you can just send them a link to this site. They will see a table similar to what you see below. The only difference — they will see their downloads.

i wouldn't say amusing, they have been doing that for years. Jumping on to the torrent is the best way to see who is downloading it. You wont always get all peers, but you will get a good chunk of peers connected to popular torrents.

Ironic maybe, that they contribute to the issue they are trying to prevent, but connections from those networks rarely gets you any decent amount of download speeds, so they don't really contribute that much to piracy.

Funnily enough I am - yet I get 'we have no records on you' ;)
Maybe it's because my laptop is now behind a firewall/proxy - perhaps it'll give results when I take it home.

More likely it's because they're using some Windows or Mac browser/torrent-client loop-hole to find their info - and I run neither.
If you have no fear, you're not going fast enough.

You probably don't have a static IP address Ian. So every time you disconnect, or turn off your modem, a new IP address is issued to you. That IP address has probably been used by someone who had downloaded using torrents.

The joys of using a dynamic IP, they say I've downloaded a bunch of dance music in November, but that can't be me, i almost never use torrents now-a-days, and don't recall ever having downloaded that music.
