Earplugs which won't fall out when I put my helmet on?
I've got 2 different sets of bud earphones one iPod and one an old sanyo pair and both fall out as soon as I slide my lid on. Haven't brought a pair for years is there a particular type which should stay stuck in well?

Lost count of the number of times that I've recommended this little wheeze. Take a set of bud-type earphones and remove the plastic bit that goes in your ear. Cut a hole in the thick end of a set of industrial earplugs and stick the two together. Instant earplugs and earphones in one. I've ridden thousands of k's using this setup and can recommend it 100% for both noise cancelling as well as being able to listen to music while you are riding. The best thing is that, when the earplugs get a bit "manky" you can just throw them away and use a new set.

I started out with nothing and I still have most of it left. Phil

Any with the gel tips do the trick. Just go to JB hifi or something similar. They usually start at about $20 odd bucks

Another option Tim, is a Blue Tooth or Shark Tooth for Shark Helmets, Head Set. No wires, listen to music and receive phone calls on the go. You can still wear the el-cheapo ear plugs.

I have used a set of Shure E2G for the last 7yrs
They're not the cheapest, but I'm yet to hear anything that sounds better or isolates noise as well.
Also they stay fitted when fitting & removing your helmet due to the over ear cabling.
