Hey all newby here, well sorta - 25 years of ridin' just got me a Z - and man am I happy.
Just sold my GSXR750 and was thinkin' it'd take me maybe months to find a good replacement - little did I know the ridin' god's were looking after me and along came a '07 Z1000 in glorious Candy Orange - immaculate - two beaut yoshi's and a touch of carbonfibre so its looks and sounds a treat (especially with those baffles out).
Here's a pic and a link

thanks guys - so happy with the Zed, what an awesome ride they are. Getting used to the bufferting at speed, maybe I should just slow down a little.
