zx7r Fairing sets

Post by dutchy »

With the 7 being downed  I'm looking at all the options available in regards to repairing it (replacing body or streetfighter blah, blah, blah). What I want to know is where can I get fairings for it. Does anyone know of the cheapest places, and do they come in the kits like so many of the modern bikes do on ebay nowdays? I've been searching on the internet but only seem to be finding the more expensive manufactures or just race fairings. I've been told there are some cheaper chinese options but have no idea where to look for them.dontknow.gif

Any help appreciated.

Corey

Chris at http://www.netbikes.com.au/ (ksrc sponser?) may be able to point you in the right direction.
He helped me with quite a lot of older parts ;)

Victorian motorcycle Wreckers may be helpful?

Even Kon at High Octane Motorcycles in Thomastown Vic might know where to lay your hands on some, they have helped many members here ;)

I know of 3 .2nd bike dealers in the Moss St area at Slacks Creek Qld, one I know had ZX7 fairings unsure of model and I cant remember if he is near the corner of Moss st and Herbert st and hasn't been there long. Maybe one of the local qld members may know?

Another is Allbikes and the other is further up Moss st and I think is MMM motorcycles again they have everything and sometimes nothing.
