High talker

I was flicking through the TV channels last night when I came across a show called Highway Patrol and they were in the middle of chasing some guy on a stolen motorcycle.

He wasn't a good rider at all but anyway....

Does anyone remember the Seinfeld show where some guy talked with a high pitch and sounded like a woman. They called him a "high talker".

Well one of the cops on the show was a high talker.

Deadset sounded like a woman. Killed myself laughing everytime he spoke.

I wondered if all the crimes laughed at him everytime he interviewed them over a serious matter.

Anyone see that and think the same.

didn't see the show but I remember the high talker episode, and there was a low (quiet) talked episode too!

was on hte computer last night and i heard him and thought it was a her!!! bugger all of a sentance for the idiot that pinched the bike though
