Re: gpz900 gpz1000rx
From memory (Tell me if I am wrong, lots of LSD, Cocaine and Alcohol have been imbibbed to get my mind to it's current state) the GPz900 motor and the RX1000 Motors are totally different, not just the cases. The RX motor is the first in a long line, which preceeded the ZX10, then the ZZR1100, the GPz1100, the ZZR1200 and of course the best of them all, the ZRX1200 motor!!
So, as far as I know, the heads, barrels, cases, rockers, inlet angles, engine mounts and frame mounts are all different. That's not to say a swap couldn't be performed, but it might be an interesting challenge i think!!

Re: gpz900 gpz1000rx
Sorry Strika RX and 900 engines are so similar they are interchangeable- I have ridden a RX1000 with a 900 donk and a mate had a 900 with a 1000 donk in it. I wonder if the ZRX donk would fit in the 900 frame????

2 X ZRX1200R 4 X ER6N, GT550, 1988 ZX-10, 4 X GPZ250R, 4 X GPZ900R and GPZ750R
Yeah I like Kawasakis.
