For what bike Hoff??? Road? Track? it makes a big difference.
ie: on my 600 racer, standard tyre size is 160. 180 pulls too tight on the rim and 170's are perfect but fuck all available. So I run A Bridgerock BT090SS. It's meant to be a 400 tyre, but it works well enough to pull mid 1.02's at Broadford on a 15 year old motorcycle. (Lap record for a modern 600SS is 58") I like it for grip. On the front I still have a 002. But I guess I would have to go the new 003 now??
As for a road tyre in a 160, Michelin do both a PR2, a PP, a Pure and a Race on both ffront and rear sizes. Problem is getting your hands on 160's!! They are like rocking horse shit if you want something decent. If you don't care, then most tyre manufacturers will have something which will fit.
Also, what rim size is it?? 5.0 or 5.5 inch? If it's 5.5 you could use a 180 if you have chain clearance as it will sit OK on a 5.5

There are really only two questions in life. 1.Which way do i go? 2.What is the lap record?
You'll never get a 160 on B King dude. What were you thinking
But if youre committed to the concept there's really only one option......Macadam
