I think Guy was a very lucky boy not to sustain more injuries than he did.

Thank god somebody finally fucking crashed.....
it's so boring watching them go round and round and round :lol:

Yep. I was in the grandstand right in front of Guys pit crew and watched him come in for his pitstop at the end of lap two, got it on video, then five minutes later he was missing, then reported crashed at Ballagarey.
This is the same spot Dobsy crashed in the supresport 24 hours earlier and lost his life. The locals call it Ballascarey.
The senior race was red flagged. Everybody feared the worst as they rarely red flag races here, and Guy is the most popular person around. It was a terrible moment as we waited news.
There was a big round of applause in the paddock and pits area when it was announced about 20 minutes later that he was conscious and talking to the medics.
It reflected the extreme highs and lows of the TT.
The race was stopped to allow the fire truck out on the circuit.
The senior was restarted for four laps instead of six about half an hour later.
