Re: jet kits
for a 250 dont bother. I ordered one from the states, by the time it got here i found out i was going to get slugged 500-800 bucks to install it. so i sold it on ebay.
only thing worth doing is raise carb needles, buy a k&n highflow filter from zx9r mick on here and put a different pipe on. it goes a little bit faster and picks up a bit more. that mod cost me 100 bucks and time.
if you really want to do it, these guys will ship it to you (pasted from my email order):
https://www.jcmotors.com/ShoppingCart.a ... 08-09.aspx
also if you paint it red that adds an extra 10kw

Re: jet kits
i personally think you'd be better off spending your cash on the ZX10r Horn for sale on here.
At least you can transfer it to your next bike.
