Anyone have any other techniques, or are we back to paying the same as cars again?

M7 toll avoidance swerve (SYD)
The old M7 trick of riding directly on the line between the left lane and the breakdown lane doesn't seem to work anymore
Anyone have any other techniques, or are we back to paying the same as cars again?

And on the seventh day Richo ended his work which he had made. Decided resting was for soft cox, straddled the REX and headed up the old road.
And it was good

Re: M7 toll avoidance swerve (SYD)
The bike rego is on the etag - has been for ages. But we used to be able to avoid the M7 toll by riding on the white line. This thread is about how that seems to have changed and is now picking up bikes riding on the line and charging us (via the etag).
I thought it changed a while back, but was able to confirm it the other day - just posting it up for anyone who wasn't aware (i.e, those who don't use it all the time), and to see if there were any other known tricks.

I've seen a couple of people ride RIGHT NEXT TO the concrete barrier on the left hand side! Never tried it myself, but as late as last week people are still doing it.

Re: M7 toll avoidance swerve (SYD)
nah that doesnt work either anymore. I have almost scraped my bar ends on the concrete barrier and still been detected.
I dont think you can aviod the m7.
As far as i knew riding on the white line only worked on the m4 but thats toll-less anyway.
Just wheel stand it as you go through so your plate cant been seen in the photo.

I've also followed someone who reached back and flipped their rego label holder over their plate..........Wattie wrote:i always got away with the scrape ya barend along the barrier trick, but havent road ridden for a while...
