Tyres

Post by Jennysc »

If my bike needs a new tyre and it's also due for a service should I get them to do it all at the same time, trusting them to not rip me off with the new tyre? or should I shop around for the tyre myself and just get them to put it on for me ??

Shop around prior and ask if they will match the price when you take it in.

It's extra bargining power for a discount with the service, but some places are just way cheaper on tyres

Shop around, get the best deal on a tyre then ask them politely to fit them for you while they're at the service - works for me!
