Greatest threat to society?

Packs of wild dogs that are taking over our major cities.......

Heh.
The red circle and Nazi/Oz flag looks like it's a bikie patch on the back of the jacket. Made me look twice - at first glance I thought they were saying the bikies were the Nazis :lol:

they can still ride their bikes and play with their friends....

they just can't loiter, intimidate, assault, steal or manufacture & sell drugs anymore, because it's illegal or something?

poor buggers :(
