My old Geepa
My old Geepa
Hi all
well its not a new girl but shes my beast and shes in bloody good condition
1984 gpz750, with original 25K on the clock, passed on to me from my uncle who doesn't ride anymore and hardly rode her for the last 10 years, I've had her for 2years myself and so far I have:
* replaced the cans due to the previous units being all rusted out (couldn't get hold of black ones which was a shame)
*fitted a uni-filter air filter
*rebuilt the front end, incl re-chroming the stanchions, replaced seals, overhauled the anti dive units and replaced fluids
cheers

Yeah laidback1952, he bought it new when he was keen back in the day, then tapered off later on and garaged it most of the time.
She would be nice if she had a 4 into 1 system on her and shed the original set up but thats not a big deal really

Re: My old Geepa
that is really really tidy Lee, what a nice old rig. The head honcho on CanberraRIDERS has one of these as well, but not quite in the same condition.
