reefton spur armaco

Post by sunshine »

decided on a run up the spurs this morning
listening to the radio ... police blitz ... yada yada
apparently caught heaps of speeders and clowns drink driving etc .

undetered i carried on the weather was perfect hit warbuton about 9.45am and headed towards reefton
the road was grippy and litter free ..... although they have been busy installing armaco barriers on the reefton
this did unsettle me a little at first   considering the roads pretty narrow to begin with
.......wish they would leave this great road alone

im sure i'll get used to it in time ......heading up the top a some bark is lying on the road no gravel though
i had a bite and coffee at marysville and chuffed off did the black spur ...no traffic :D :D only in the opposite direction

officer plod was waiting just out of healesville gave him a nod and continued onto launching place emerald then home
good way to enjoy the day :D

back to work tommorrow bugga

cheers mick
