A BIT...I think this is a major concern. It appears that the government can take unfair action against an individual or an organisation without any justification. Surely we are not yet in a society where you will be silenced if you disagree with government policy. If a site has conducted serious criminal action then yes shut them down...but who decides that this has happened.Gosling1 wrote:that's a bit of a concern really......
If the individuals that took the action to close the site down were acting outside their authority they they should be personally held responsible and civil action commenced immediately against them.
