Ninja ZX-2 Exhaust

Post by gpkp80 »

G'day,

I pulled the exhaust off my bike on the weekend thinking I would simply be able to remove the baffle to create just a little bit more noise from the little 250. No luck there as the "baffle" almost looks to be jammed in or welded to the innder sleve????

Has anyone else had any simillar experience or knows of any ways to create a little more noise for very little outlay?

Note - I run the bike with no exhaust, sounded more like an outboard on a boat than a motorbike.

Which ninja 250? zxr250 (1989-1996) or Ninja 250 (2008- Current)?
