zed 1 (a1) manual help?

a good work mate has just picked up a old z1 (barstard) very cheap and asked if i could get hold of a manual, been looking on the net but cant seem to find
can some give us a link to pdf manuls or has something similar laying around.


mate was at the right place right time he got the katana(pop up lite),the zed 1 and a old honda 7504 got told to get them out this old guys shed he got the lot for $1500 :o :o :o

I've spent over 40 years of my life riding bikes .... the rest of it, I wasted ..
If it's got wheels or tits, it's gonna give you trouble !

I have only one. If you need anything specific, and cannot get hold of the info anywhere else, I could photocopy the relevant stuff.

Oh, man...I once had the chance to buy a parts book for my bike - a thick manual with exploded views of the entire machine.
And, I said 'no'.
Arrrrgggggggggggggghhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!!!!!!

I am a new member and currently restoring ( slowly ) a 1974 Z1A 900 and have on CD a Parts catalogue for a Z1A 900, 9 Page Kawasaki Repair manual and a Kawasaki Shop Manual Z Series. I can copy this CD and post it to. PM me with some contact details if interested. I also have a manual for the 2004 + VN2000 on CD if anyone is interested.
