Zx9 with a new life

Post by z900/zx9 »

Well took the old girl for a major service last week and shes come back pretty sweet :D .there was a Bmc filter added as the old filter was rooted in so many ways and my rocker cover gasket had been leaking for a while.Kon returned both to me and the gasket may have been hard plastic it was that stuffed. She was also treated to a new set of headbearings which were well over due. They were stuffed at 100,000 ks so at 148000 i reckon i got good service from them, also the air filter.Big thanks to the boys at High Octane motorcycles for breathing new life into my old girl  . Shes is still a bit smokey when ya give her a large fistfull but i reckon shes got another 50,000 in her yet ;)
