Champions, just bought a damn good zx10r 2004 model. Unregistered and for track purposes only. Took it out first time last Monday at QR and am very happy with it. Question is what kind of crash knobs or crash bars do folks recommend? Do these bolt straight into existing threads? Would appreciate soem advice on this.

I've got a set similar to these.

Pete From Kaneg will look after ya on the price too.
Can't say if there good or bad as I haven't tested them, and hope not too..
Don't buy the ones that bolt direct to the engine block. Welding cracked blocks can be costly.

& i agree with you Dave about the ones that bolt to the engine block

I highly recommend the Champs frame sliders seems they have 2 mounting posts for the bracket & wont bend in like the single mount bracket http://www.champindustries.net/10g1.html
