Road Riding...

Post by fireyrob »

After having 12 months of track riding only Im finally getting my full licence, need some basic questions answered:

1. Are roundabouts good places to practice getting ya knee down? What about counter clockwise? Still a good idea?
2. Where's the coldest beers out on the road during the summer months around Sydney?
3. Where's the warmest beers in the winter months around Sydney?
4. What are the runoff's like? Ive had such a bad time in the runoff area's of EC corners 1, 2, 5, 7, 8 & 9 that Im almost at one with the gravel traps! Not to mention PI runoff at the hayshed twice, MG, Honda corner twice (all in 2 days)... Oran Park only went off once in a day so was on the improve there...
5. Really the question here is why the fark am I getting my road licence?
6. Do cages really hurt compared to hitting tyre walls?
7. How am I going to reduce my boredom at work today?

See you all on the road in a couple of weeks :kuda: Can ya tell Im excited?
