Rod to the Rescue......... again !!

Once again Rod has come to the rescue of a fellow rider.

Hit a bump with my daughter on the back the other day and heard a clunk, bike started to go sluggish on me. Took a look an the seat was now sitting on the rear tyre. I was only about 200mtrs from home, luckily.
Rang Rod as he has come to my rescue once before and he offered to take my bike to Aitkins to have it looked at.
I had a look at the bike and realised it was my new lowering link that had sheared off.......... ebay crap !!
Rod came over last night and took the old part out and put the bike back together, getting a bashed up knuckle in the process.

Thank you Rod, you are a credit to the Motorcycling community.

Dunno, he was getting ready for a big few days and beer would be the last thing on his mind, knuckle was nice and purple when I saw it Still, the pain will be gone about 1000hrs Saturday morning I bet.
