I believe it does - I believe you're subject to the fine applicable in the state you're in.

if your caught doing 61 in a 60 thats 6 points.....watch out.

They're hot.. I got done last week $160 + 3 demerits.. and a cold warning
( They are getting better at hiding 2 )

technically we are a 'no tolerance' state but i dare say that a cop would really have to be down on their quota to issue a ticket for 1km over
+ I dont think it would hold up to well if you had a judge with an ounce of common sense

Oh, that's right- i am already on my own private double demerits if I am naughty.
Too bad if I get done for illegal wearing of bike tinsel! (I'm sure they would find a way of getting me for that.)
