Speed Camera?

What kind of speed camera is that in the background? :shock:

In case you're wondering it's at Tidbinbilla Tracking Station yesterday. I'm finally starting to feel comfortable on my own bike again now it's back on the road :twisted:

its one of those speed cameras that take photos of space ships flying too fast
