nice example but a little over priced imho. I could be wrong but I would be worried about paying that much for 13 year old bike

true, but it looks in BLOODY good nick... and look at the kms.... about 1500kms a year*... i do that in a month
assuming they are genuine... shame the guy thinks he has bridgestone pilot powers or whatever

I agree with russ... overpriced but they might be negotiable??? offer 4.5K i reckon but thats if its in as good a nick as it looks! Might be worth a test ride

Looks good - the older 6's are still lots of fun
I wouldn't pay any more than $5000 for it.
Check the frame!! (mine had cracks in it and I read somewhere that was fairly common for the F series???? could be wrong, I only read it on the net).

yeah i agree owen it does look good for what it is. I think you would get tired of the power quick though, the older 6's are in a totally different league to the newer ones eg 03 onwards
but hey for the right price

its got the same power as a modern day Z750....
and its got 3 times the power i got now... can't hurt to see how it goes tho
and indeed... for the right price

I dunno about getting tired with the power.
My old 6 (a 99) was just as much fun as the 10. Sometimes I think it was more fun!
It still has plenty of power still but you get to see redline in more gears more often.
You should probably look around for a G or higher to test ride as you might find the bit
of extra power and weight loss worth the extra $1k you'd spend to get one with similar k's
