Brisbane Bike shops

Post by Saki »

Hey guys.

On thursday we are going on a holiday WOOT! Thats right leaving Ye Olde Tassie and heading for some nice sunny weather for a change. Part reason for our trip is to get a feel for a few places, including parts of Sunshine Coast and Brisbane, because we are thinking of moving up there.

What i wanted to know is, good bike shops around Brisbane and Sunshine coast areas as we will be doing lots of driving from area to area so i wanted to know of the good ones around. I might be buying another bike when i get up there so i wanted to just get a heads up on what there is!

Kawasaki dealer is preferred!
Thanks guys and here we come sun!

The one with the biggest range in Brissy is Moorooka Yamaha (he bulk buys and does awesome specials), I used to work there, and the boss will give KSRC members a 10% discount. Just ask for Gary, and tell him I sent you :)

If you on the southside of Brissy then there is Revhedz in Acica Ridge. The guys there are 1st class and so is the service.

They sell Kawasaki, MV, and Cagiva (if you want a Mito :D )

What are you doing for a crust now? (ignoring all dirty connotations) Though I love a dirty mind that was a real question.

Only if its never been ridden in the rain Shifty
Yeah there are some good shops up (or down for me) in Briz Blue, for Kwaka parts I go to MidCity and for all tunes I go to LAE in Geebung (also a ksrc sponsor) Alex is a magician with 12s and 14s and you would be mad to miss the opportunity to get your bike tuned with him if its up here, even though you will never get it over 8 grand.....
Seriously but there is a good crew in Briz, you HAVE to get out and see Hemi race and get a radector for the 14 and also do Mt Lindsay etc. I bet you will just LOVE Maleny and that area you bloody yuppy. ;)
Are you really looking to move up to Gods Own ??
Jedi of the darKside
Just because you can ride, doesnt mean you should. My reason on this earth is an example to others what NOT to do.
