Whodunit?

Post by mike-s »

Well that's the question that's always been asked when we get a camera speeding ticket in the mail. Now for us New South Welshmen, we can View the happysnap online and confirm that a) it was our actual vehicle b) who the hell was driving/riding if its a front facing camera (or rear if on a bike you and your mate you lent the bike to have totally different gear). You could already view the pictures by buying them, but this appears to be a free service for those who have internet access, printed pictures can still be bought.

About fricking time.

You had to pay the fine AND pay for the photo too???

Nice! You'd think they would provide you with a free snap for those prices!

Thats better option than buying the bloody thing. In QLD didn't they supply the photo and send it out with the fine? I know my sister had one and it showed another make, plate not completly visable and the car was the wrong colour, needles to say she got off, but how often does this happen

Just because you can ride, doesnt mean you should. My reason on this earth is an example to others what NOT to do.

Last time I got pulled over he let me off WAY easier than he should have (and NO I didn't drop my keys or cry!) .... sometimes the photo isn't a true indication of your ability!

the last time I got caught speeding.....
it was 1984, it was a blue HDT Brock SS Grp A (with GMH plates)
and it was 70kmh over the limit (really Officer?)

the nice poleeeceman gave me a warning ...about trucks that might come
along this road in the middle of the industrial estate....
plus i had to pay $55 contribution to the state economy :)

greed cameras had not been invented
GOTTA LUV the 12R!!
