Great road to drive on

Post by P4nza »

I was with my brother the other day and heading to wollongong the GPS in the car told us to go down Mt Keira Road...ok fair enough...we went down there and OMG  the corners on this road were incredible!!! (recommended spead on corners 25km/h)

i just thought id share this if anyone didnt know and loves a great ride....keep in mind you will get 5-10 minutes joy out of this...its kinda short but worth it... :D

In a Toyota Aurion Sportivo ZR6 going down this road we were going at a speed of 65-70 km/h...GOTTA LOVE STABILITY CONTROL!!!!

also that other highway which leads to wollongong is good too...cant remember the name 8)

Dude. It's a Camry. I think it's time to take your balls back to Kmart and tell them you wont be needing them any time soon :D

Mt Keira is quite nice, but much better on the way up hill IMO.

The 'other road' was probably Picton Road.

Did it go from the freeway to halfway down Bulli?

That is a great road as you get close to Bulli. Up until that point it's OK

^^I think you might be talking about Bulli Pass. Picton road is dead straight and borrow as bat shit

the Mt Keira way is short and constantly damp. I dont think I have ever seen it dry

I've done Mt. Keira a few times now, with an even mix of damp and dry runs. I agree it's a great run up and just a short cruise from the nasho 8) Great view from the lookout too!!
