Rob mate, with my track record, extreme BMX/MTB is out, I'll just stick with a bit of cross country, fitness and thats it, just intrigues me, what extremes some people will go to for a buzz.

mmmmm, memories. i'm.....starting to have.......flashbacks. i killed two of my teeth by kissing road in a bike accident when i was 13. all capped up now but they're an ugly a%^ color. might have to get them fixed one day.

when i got up i thought i was spitting out dirt or rocks off the road........it wasn't.
I plan on living forever..............so far so good!!
