Re: Joe Rocket Alter ego
I have been wearing JR Alter-Ego for about 18mths now and love it. BUT.
Don't you love a BUT. Its warm if it has the waterproof liner in it. But if it rains and is warm you feel like being in a sauna. I rode a big ride couple weekends ago with it on with snow at Uralla and Armidale ( story here http://gtr1000.yuku.com/topic/2980 ) and was warm enough with layers under. But I do not use the waterproof liner most of the time in rain, I use low cost rain gear over the jacket and pants.
I am going to the new JR Balistic 7 gear.
