When would you say it's best to do an oil change kilometre wise on a ZXR-750? Or oil top ups?
Cheers for any help

Re: Oil change
I change my oil and filter at bout every 5,000kms or close to.
I also try and change oil and filter after any big ride. It's part of my wash and polish procedure, but that's me.
I changed oil and filter after Supers - and I've just changed the oil and filter after the Halls Gap run, which was bout 2,300kms. I use Motul 5100. I never change the oil without changing the filter as well.
You can never do too many oil and filter changes imho, nor can you change it too often!

Thanks a lot for the quick feedback.
I did my last around 2,000km's ago and i haven't topped up since. Would it be worthy topping it up a bit now? I'm getting it changed at the mechanic next thursday, it was just such a pain to do it mess free and get rid of the oil at home.
