BMW's WSBK entry

I had heard BMW was entering the World Superbikes along with the possability of Aprilia and KTM,but i found these pics of their running prototype,apparently they're making 1000 as per regulations,and they will be 1000cc,and they are looking at 419 pounds wet weight...not sure on that conversion to Kgs. So no flat-twin from BMW then,still,it's gonna be Expensive ;)

419 pounds is 190kg or thereabouts...

Looks like air intake is similar to the 08Bug...

Hey rob i read the new amcn mag today and the reviews on it said the air intake look's like a honda 6r one? look's alright in the blue.
