Re: repairing bike
or didn't fix.. how much work is banked up prior to starting on your bike? How badly stuffed is your bike? Does it need a new disc/disc straightened? Just some of the questions that come to mind...
A good mate will bail you out of jail, a true mate will be sitting in the cell next to you saying "Damn, we fucked up!!!"
Re: repairing bike

Re: repairing bike
Well forks will have to go to a specialist joint to get straightened, ditto wheel and rotor (if indeed they can be straightened) so again, dependent on work load of the joint that does the straightening depends how long it takes.. once the bits are back then the mechanic needs to reassemble, this is of course assuming it isn't all done in one and the same place..

riding down a road and its wet guy decides to do a u eee in front of me but i was to close and locked up and hit him in the front side bumper and flew ,
lucky i,m ok minus a very sore crotch hitting the tank coming off

funny that at such low speed this much damage can happen sucks so bad.

Welcome to riding muddabikes brother. It's easy crash them, they're fragile when they cop blows from angles they're not supposed to cop blows from, they're time consuming and expensive to fix and there's often some farker in a cage helping you destroy 'em.brendanzxr wrote:riding down a road and its wet guy decides to do a u eee in front of me but i was to close and locked up and hit him in the front side bumper and flew ,
