Seems it was something to do with fuel pump, they changed that last week, and I rode it yesterday and today and it hasn't chugged on me once, no matter how hard I tried to make it do it. I do wonder if this had something to do with cylinders being flooded when it broke down?
I just have to say a HUGE thankyou to Tony at Midtown Kawasaki in Brisbane who believed me that there was something wrong with it even though it refused to play up for them, went to bat for me with Kawasaki and he and another guy in the workshop fixed it through process of elimination and persistance.
And it was all done under warranty

Bike is completely different to ride now, I'm pretty amazed by how much, it feels like a 1000cc bike
