G'day
In regard to e-Safety check, are you able to go any service stations listed on RTA website for the pink slip? or do you have to go to a motorcycle mechanic to get one?
Sorry to be a noob as I'm originally from Melbourne, not too familar with the NSW rego system.
Cheers
Leon

Any motor mechanic can do it as far as I'm aware.

Yep, and a lot of the car mechanics don't know what they're looking for either

It works in your favour if you have "questionable" alterations

Re: Renew registration NSW - Pink Slip?
e-safety check, pink slip, theyre both the same thing.
just the e-safety check is done online, the RTA gets instant notification that your bike's been passed.. your next step is to pay the green slip (CTP), the CTP provider will then notify the RTA themselves of your payment, then you can either go into an RTA office and pay the rego... or simply pay it online http://www.rta.nsw.gov.au" target="_blank
the pink slip is the manual version of it, filled out by hand, its pink in colour obviously, stamped and signed by the inspector. with this in hand, you go to an RTA branch, cough up your hard earned and youre set. (you still have to pay the CTP prior to rego payment)
Scotts Motorcycles in kogarah do e-safety's if you wanted to know.
