tac victoria
tac vic rang me today to see how i was doing and if i needed any help with more treatment....i was actually quite taken aback...suggested i should do more physio as working again causes a bit of grief...and get my self referred to private specialist in case further treatment is needed ......not used to this level of care from the public service...i have nothing but praise for the support they've given me

Re: tac victoria
I agree
having done some bitumen surfing on the westgate coz of a lump of steel
and having both me and the missus end up Royal Melb hospital coz of it
the TAC have been/are great
2½ yrs later...we are still getting treatment and care
gotta be happy with that
cheers

I got diddly - even the hospital report was about the wrong leg!
Oh well, healed well enough in the end.

The TAC scheme is far from perfect but from what I can gather from other states it's the best one going around...

Transport Accident Commission. They are an insurer for MVA's, as I understand it.
