Went in to get a back protector from Phil at Hi Side..

One of his bikes and one of his assistant's were out the front..

Its a small world indeed...........

that blue number with the wire wheels belongs to one of the guys from the Qld Z Owners - Mike is his name, he should join this place eh ? :lol: I met him up at Silverton back in 2002.

His bike looks a lot like a Z1R MkII, but it is actually a Z1000H - yep, the same model as the Black Pearl. Currently, all the DFI stuff is off the bike, and it is running a Mk II head and carbies, but this one is one of the first hundred H's built.

Mike sent me an e-mail just last week with the pictures of this bike, hopefully he will be riding down to the 15th Anniversary gig for the Vic Branch at the end of October - me and PC will be heading off to this , it should be a great weekend of partying .....

Mike mentioned he was now working at a place called Hi-Side, and here you are posting up pictures of that very place......talk about 6 degrees of seperation !! :shock: Next time you drop in , say g'day from Dave in Canberra, he will spin out !!! :lol:
